Yara and Doc's Space Adventure

You and your space traveling doctor crash land on this planet, and your doctor is sick.  He sends you on a small adventure in this big world to gather ingredients to make a serum that'll cure him.

As you explore the land, you may notice that everything is proportionately larger than you... Maybe you're on an planet previously inhabited by giants?  What happened to them?
